Rules and Regulations

The Seagate Hotel & Spa

The Seagate Hotel & Spa is a non-smoking facility. Smoking in your room will be subject to a $250 fee.

Beach Club Access

Pets are not permitted at our Private Beach, Beach Club and Golf Course.

No outside food or beverages are allowed on our resort recreational areas.

The Beach Club and Country Club are cashless facilities.
Expenses will be billed to your room account.

Must be a Registered Hotel Guest to enjoy resort amenities.

Wristbands are required for Beach Club access.

Country Club Access

Seagate Hotel Guest Access at the Country Club

As a Seagate Hotel guest, you are welcome to take advantage of the wonderful amenities at our Country Club. Please find below your access and how to secure your bookings.

Overall Guidelines & Rules

- If you are interested in using any amenities, please visit the Concierge or Front Desk to have arranged for you.
- Hotel guests are not permitted to show up unannounced requesting on-the-spot touring of the property. Hotel guests are not permitted to tour around the property on their own.

GOLF

Hotel guests are extended the opportunity to play The Seagate Country Club Golf Course within the following guidelines. Applicable fees apply.

“Off-Season” (June 1 – October 31)
- Tuesday – Thursday after 10:00 AM
- Friday – Sunday after 11:00 AM

“In-Season” (November 1 – May 31)
- Mondays after 2:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday after 12:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday
o Tee-times for hotel guests can only be taken soonest as 24 hours prior
o Based on tee-sheet availability

Golf Access

- Hotel Guests will need to show ID at the security gate.
- Guests coming via car service can utilize the valet/bag drop, if driving alone, they may use any area of the parking lot.
- Check in will take place in the golf shop, at which time you will receive a sleeve of balls and a glove complimentary.
- You will have access to a locker in our locker room. One of our professional staff team members will escort you to the locker room if required.
- The day will include complimentary range balls and golf cart access
- Daylight savings time, to be able to play nine holes, hotel guests should look to tee off by 3:30 pm November – January, and 4 pm and later February and March. The last tee time offered is 4:58 pm.
- Please be sure to follow the dress code for Golf play.

RACQUETS
- Ability to reserve a Har-Tru tennis court or pickleball. Must reserve no sooner than 48 hours before or later than 24 hours in advance.
- Daily court pass is $25/person
- Private Lessons are $100/person

FITNESS
- Access to The Seagate Country Club state-of-the-art Wellness Center from 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Hotel will provide a guest key code to be used to enter the Wellness Center
- Access to book private personal training sessions with at least 24-hour notice
- Access to group fitness classes (based on availability, applicable fees apply)

DINING
- Hotel guests are invited to dine at the Country Club based on availability
- Hotel guests are invited to certain events/activities at the Country Club (availability and applicable fees apply)
- Please visit the Concierge to see what dining and events you may be able to join!

Country Club Dress Code

DRESS CODE ON THE GOLF COURSE
Guests are expected at all times to dress in a fashion befitting their surroundings.

Inappropriate attire on the golf courses and practice facilities includes jeans, tee shirts, tanktops, cargo shorts, spandex/gym wear, tennis bottoms, and flip flops.

Gentlemen: Men’s apparel must be conservative. Collared or mock neck golf shirts are required and must be tucked in. Cargo shorts are not acceptable. Please remove hats upon entering the Clubhouse.

Ladies: Shirts must be conservative and have either sleeves or collars or both. Golf skirts, skorts, golf shorts and golf leggings are acceptable.

All players are required to use soft spikes or spikeless shoes. Black Widow spikes are not permitted. Please be reminded that soft spikes are made of an elastomeric material, which can cause slipping under certain circumstances. Always use caution when wearing soft-spikes when walking on wood, steep slopes, and hard, smooth surfaces such as concrete, rocks, tile, marble, and hardwood floors.
