What is the hotel’s policy on pets?

The Seagate is a pet-friendly hotel in Delray Beach. We welcome dogs and service animals under 20 pounds with a $100 non-refundable pet deposit and a $25 per-day cleaning fee. Maximum of two dogs. No dog can be left unattended. Any aggressive act/behavior toward an employee or a guest by a dog will result in your pet having to be removed from the facility. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted at the Beach Club, Country Club, or in Seagate vehicles. 

Do you offer parking on-site?

Overnight valet parking is available for $40 per night, per vehicle. Vehicles under 6’10” may be parked in The Seagate parking garage. Our on-site garage does not accommodate trailers. Vehicles that exceed the height restriction may be parked within a half-mile of The Seagate hotel at the owner's expense. Contact The Seagate’s Concierge at (561) 665-4990 to arrange nearby parking.

Can I invite guests to The Seagate Beach Club?

Access to The Seagate Beach Club is for members and registered hotel guests only.

How much is it to rent a private cabana at the Beach Club?

Cabana rentals at the Beach Club cost $35 per day. For more information or to reserve a private cabana, please call (561) 498-8070.

What is the dress code at The Seagate Country Club?

The dress code at the Seagate Country Club’s golf course is collared shirts, tucked in, no cargo shorts. Everyone on the course is expected to dress in a neat and appropriate manner. Sloppy or untidy attire is not permitted.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Cancelations must be made:
• 7 days prior to arrival for guests arriving January to April
• 72 hours prior to arrival for guests arriving May to October
• 7 days prior to arrival for guests arriving November and December

No show or late cancel will be charged a one night’s room and tax penalty to the credit card used to book the reservation. 

How can I change or cancel reservations made on a third-party travel site?

To request changes, cancellations, or refunds for reservations made through any travel website other than, you must contact the travel website directly. The Seagate Hotel is not responsible for, nor can it make edits, to reservations booked through parties other than
